We offer this as a flat rate insurance product that requires no underwriting questions or paperwork for your agency. Our system is web based and all enrollment transactions are done on line. Policy issuance is handled automatically and your insured's policy will be e-mailed to them as soon as the simple online enrolment is complete. For those insured's who do not use e mail the policy will also be mailed 10 days after enrollment.

Your staff will also have access to their own log in to keep track of new enrollments.

Coverage definition: "Emergency breakdown" means sudden failure to the external water/ well lines or sewer/ septic lines due to defects in workmanship and/ or material, breakdowns due to normal wear and tear, or breakdowns arising in the course of ordinary functioning and usage.

Deductible: Zero

Exclusions: Known pre existing leaks, clogs or ruptures, property owner negligence, natural disaster

Waiting period: There is a 30 day waiting period to file a claim; this helps to keep rates low by discouraging fraud.

 

  • Your customers will have just one phone call to make for emergency response, and no bill to pay up to the coverage limits. No claim forms, no bids, and no contractor to select and manage.
  • As a standalone warranty product all customers are eligible regardless of the age of their residence. Most importantly, future claims will not adversely affect the homeowner or an agency's loss ratios with the carrier.
